Structure analysis

Internal working analysis: the engine's ranked position for this matter, with the conditions the rate depends on. Your file copy, not the client document.

Client memorandum

The client-ready document. A map of considerations with sources, framed as your firm's work product. It never states an instruction and never shows a bare rate without its conditions.

Advisor handoff

Internal file notes: the assumption register, what would void the analysis, the compliance acknowledgments, and the sourcing depth behind it.

Evidence

Drop in the documents behind the facts — flight tickets, a lease, an employer letter, payslips, statements — and give each the date it belongs to. They build a dated timeline that reads as the story of the move. Each file is fingerprinted so you can later prove it is the exact one recorded. Files are held on this device, and — if your firm runs a vault — also sealed into it with your own key, so they travel with the matter to your other machines. Sealed or not, the file never leaves as anything we can read.

Audit trail

Locking builds a dated as-advised record, an HTML file with the full scope of the analysis inside it. If a mail endpoint is configured, it is emailed to the recorded address; otherwise it downloads to this device for you to file and send yourself. Either way we keep only a short receipt here: matter number, suggestion number, client name, the date, and the recorded address. We do not store the matter itself, so the durable record lives with you, not on our servers. Each figure is shown as sourced and dated, not as a professional sign-off. Sends to counsel, accountant and client are logged here too.
